I recently stayed at Amwaj Beach Club Abu Soma and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The food service at this hotel is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. You can visit the restaurant up to six times a day, with early breakfast, breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late dinner, along with snacks and 24 different beverages available throughout the day. The staff at Amwaj Beach Club are amazing. They are always ready to help and provide full support, ensuring a pleasant stay. The swimming pool area is extensive, featuring numerous activities and a variety of beverages to enjoy while lounging by the pool. Considering the cost of the stay and the exceptional service received, Amwaj Beach Club Abu Soma is my top choice for future bookings. We had an incredible time in the hotel. All the employees were very kind and smiling. Everyday, the cleaner was doing an animal with the towels in our room. We had a different animal with our towels which made our day even better. The view and beach were amazing. We definitely recommend this hotel. They gave us a better room at start which was a huge thumb up. We will come back !

The place is great! The front desk staff, the kitchen staff and the room cleaning staff are amazing! The marina is the highlight of the hotel, offering a great view of the mountains at a distance. The night time shows could be better… the lunch could also be better (specifically the pasta station, could do gnocchi or ravioli somedays). The breakfast is great (omelette and pain au chocolat are the best) and for dinner don’t miss the italian and indian restaurants (must do reservations, free of charge). The room is very, very comfortable!

Everything about the property was amazing! The cleanliness was top notch, the pools and aqua park were well maintained and the beach was lovely with a snorkeling area! Staff were super friendly and helpful despite the full house and huge pressure, appreciate that too! The rooms were super clean and well maintained too :)

I had a great week at the Pickalbatros hotel. As a woman traveling alone i very much appreciated that someone from reception called me every other day to ask if all was still alright and if they could do something for me. I also appreciated the lifeguard at the beach not allowing people to claim waterfront chairs with towels without ever showing up. The food was great in my opinion, great fresh omelets made every morning. Eggs the way you please! The hotel provides a breakfast bag to go if you're going out on an early excursion, just let them know the night before. Be aware that the hotel is near Soma Bay, but nothing is at walkable distance from the resort. You'll need a taxi to go to Soma Bay or Hurghada, and excursion companies might charge you extra to come pick you up. However, it you take all this in to consideration you'll find out that this hotel is still a better deal than hotels in Hurghada, and i my opinion, very much worth it!

We recently spent 5 nights at Amwaj Beach Club Abu Soma, and it was a great experience from start to finish. As a 4-star hotel, I feel this resort offered everything I would expect in an all-inclusive stay to a high standard. Nothing felt lacking or missing, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. The rooms are big, clean, and very comfortable. Mine had a nice balcony with a sea view, and housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy every day. The food was really good, with lots of options to choose from. The bars serve plenty of drinks, including cocktails and juices. The staff were friendly, helpful, and respectful, always making sure guests were happy. Even the sales staff were polite and not too pushy. The entertainment team did a great job keeping things fun with activities and evening shows. The resort has several pools, including a quiet one for relaxing and another with activities. There’s also a gym and a spa. We had three massages during our stay, and they were fantastic—so relaxing and well worth it! Overall, this is a great place for a relaxing holiday. I would definitely come back!

The service was exceptional. Everyone was always polite, smiling, and helpful. The room was very good and clean and with a great sea view. Food quality was great with good varieties. Flexible timing for meals with late breakfast and dinner options was very relaxing. We loved the 24/7 barista coffee bar in the lobby (serving REAL coffee). A complimentary fruit basket delivered to our rooms was a nice touch. Generally, we loved our weekend getaway, and hopefully, we'll be going back soon.
